The alumina ceramic-lined wear-resistant layer features high elasticity that enables it to withstand high-speed corrosive particle impact while maintaining structural integrity.
When subjected to external forces from abrasive particles, the ceramic surface temporarily deforms under pressure but returns to its original shape when the force is removed. This unique "softness overcoming rigidity" characteristic significantly extends the service life of the pipeline, particularly in wet media applications involving water or oil.
